We’ve been meaning to blog about this deck for a while because we’re pretty crazy about the way it turned out. Located in the Hillsboro/Belmont area of Nashville, this home is one we’ve done a lot of work on over the past couple of years: new siding, new gutters, new fascia and soffit, and so on. The deck was the final piece in the puzzle that was remodeling the exterior of this home.
Here’s what this rickety old deck looked like before we demoed it. (These photos were also taken before we installed new white siding):
The homeowners liked having a built-in bench on their deck, but they weren’t so keen on the bird’s eye view of their neighbor’s house, so they requested a privacy partition.
