We have gotten so many calls this spring from Nashvillians wanting to have a screen room built. Aaaand we love it; these are some of our favorite projects because we’re getting to add significant square footage (usable all year round) and value, in addition to heaps of charm. We’ve written about our affection for screened-in porches before, and you can count on us to write about it again.
This month we built the screen room pictured for a customer in the heart of East Nashville’s Lockeland Springs who previously hired us to build a garage (blogged about here), in addition to building and painting a fence around their front yard.
